Lindor bars are lush!! Can't get enough!!

Disgusting customer service! Clearly they don’t care how they treat their now ex-customers!! Please don’t even waste your time contacting them!! Basically rude!

Ordered 750g chocolates received only 500g and they were all melted. I am not happy at all with my purchase. I look forward to hearing from you!!! Order no:100000416843. Had this complaint since Monday and I have not heard of a resolution from the company!

I love them, especially the 65% cocoa (MILK!) chocolate (very low in sugar and carbs, yet delicious)! The only issue is - the only shop I can find it in is Morrisons, and only the one in Peckham. And - not even always. Why other supermarkets offer only the dark ones or the regular milk one...? The 65% is brilliant, because is low carb and keto friendly, and it is MILK chocolate!

This is my go-to chocolate now since Cadbury's decline in quality. It's decently priced and always to a high standard.

Disgusting treatment at MacArthur Glenn Bridgend. Can’t use the hand sanitizer as I have skin problems so had just washed my hands before entering the store. This wasn’t good enough for the cashier as she hadn’t seen me do it so wanted me to toddle off back to the toilets to do it again. Needless to say I refused and won’t be spending my money there in the future

Made 2 orders on Monday before Easter and then get notified on Thursday before good Friday it won’t arrive until Tuesday after Easter. After complaining to customer services I get told it shouldn’t be arriving until the Wednesday after Easter. Implying I should be grateful. Shocking service. Courier delivery charges charged and would have got to me in time if sent for a fraction of the cost via Royal Mail. The reality is they didn’t bother sending it out until Friday and are paying DPd for a service which is the cheapest and slowest. dPD were delivering on Friday and Saturday and this is inexcusable.

I ordered for Easter on Monday and my delivery won’t be with me until the Tuesday after Easter! Are they walking it to me? Absolute joke, will never use again

This chocolate is rubbish - it used to be the best - no longer - it just gets worse and worse. I had to throw a half eaten Golden Bunny away; it was simply disgusting!

My son loves Lindt chocolate, he is 11. Loves it so much he would rather have it than a birthday cake each year.

This year, he begged us for the Lindt advent calendar as wanted to try the new flavours.

To his and our dismay, the calendar that was supposed to have four flavours in it had a red chocolate behind every single window of the advent calendar - Including Xmas Eve (which is usually special in most calendars).

In total he opened 24 red Lindt chocolates which we paid £22 for where we could have just bought him a box of the red balls for £5-7 in the supermarket. We have several boxes of these in the cupboard as standard and therefore the whole element of having a "special" Lindt calendar for Xmas was spoilt.

Ok, these things happen. I'm sure Lindt will help - Absolutely not?!

I got in touch with the team online and cannot believe the level of service I received? I was asked for my email address so someone could get in touch, nobody has?

I followed up and have been told "we are busy" and "I'm in the queue!"

I am so surprised by this. Lindt has always been so special to our family and especially our son, however, this is just full of disappointment.

I've no issue buying more chocolates, it's just the magic, the feeling of special to my son and the lack of care about it that I cannot understand?

So we are in a queue, because Lindt are busy - The Advent Calendar is no longer available.

I was going to place an order online but I like to make a bespoke 5 stack. I went to my local store. Very positive, happy staff, couldn’t do enough for me, they followed Covid protocol well and had everything I wanted. This actually made me spend more than I initially planned but I’m so pleased as the experience was great! Thank you

I’ve ordered quite a lot from lindts, their products are wonderful. Delivery prompt and well packaged. My only negative comment is their minimum order is £25.00 which I find is a nuisance in all honesty.

So happy to find out Lindt Dark Chocolate is a vegan product.

I absolutly love Lindt chocolate and since going Vegan this has been one of the main things i have missed! So finding out the Dark choclate is back on the menu has made me very happy! And it forces me to have a healthier type of chocolate :) Actually found i really enjoy the dark chocolate more than i thought!
